Pay Scale: The incumbent will be placed in E8 grade (Rs. 51300- 73000) with other applicable emoluments including conveyance, phone, PF, medical reimbursement, LTC, HRA as applicable to FACT`s employees shall be provided.
Educational Requirements: Graduate in Engineering from an Institute of Engineering of repute
Qualifications: Post Graduate in Business Management/ Engineering.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 21 years post-qualification experience in Management grade, in medium / large Company/ies in the Public Sector, out of which minimum 12 years has to be in areas of Designing/Project execution, preferably in carrying out turnkey contracts. Salary drawn for the last three years shall be in the scale of not less than `Rs.43,200-66,000 (E7 in central public sector) or equivalent.
